Fat: 21.29g | Prot: 118.61g | Carb: 96.79g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Milk (Nonfat), Oatmeal, Original Oven Roasted Flavored Sliced Almonds. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Mandarin Oranges in light syrup. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mini Bagels 100% Whole Wheat. Snacks/Other:  Jack link.
