Fat: 65.86g | Prot: 135.20g | Carb: 300.93g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal, Milk (Nonfat), Blueberries, Original Oven Roasted Flavored Sliced Almonds. Lunch:  Multigrain Chips, 12" Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Strawberries, Cheddar or American Cheese (Fat Free, Pasteurized), Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, Organic Baby Spinach, Crumbled Bacon, Traditional Herb Seasoned Stuffing, Almond Accents - Original Oven Roasted Flavored Sliced Almonds, Mixed Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Cream Protein Bar, Rice Krispies Treats Marshmallow Squares, Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snack, Natural Style Teriyaki Turkey Jerky (Oberto).
