Fat: 65.86g | Prot: 135.20g | Carb: 300.93g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Milk (Nonfat), Oatmeal, Original Oven Roasted Flavored Sliced Almonds. Lunch:  12" Turkey Breast, Multigrain Chips. Dinner:  Almond Accents - Original Oven Roasted Flavored Sliced Almonds, Cheddar or American Cheese (Fat Free, Pasteurized), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Crumbled Bacon, Mixed Vegetables, Organic Baby Spinach, Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, Strawberries, Traditional Herb Seasoned Stuffing. Snacks/Other:  Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Natural Style Teriyaki Turkey Jerky (Oberto), Peanut Butter Cream Protein Bar, Rice Krispies Treats Marshmallow Squares, Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snack.
