Fat: 102.69g | Prot: 101.67g | Carb: 39.49g.   Breakfast:  water, wisconsin cheddar cheese sausage, egg. Lunch:  water, celery, romaine lettuce, provolone cheese kroger, hellman's mayo, Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Roast Beef. Dinner:  yellow squash, Lean Turkey Burger Patties, Creamed Spinach, tomato, water. Snacks/Other:  water, water, cucumbers, tomato, almonds, celery, deli fresh roast beef.
