Lunch:  celery, Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Roast Beef, hellman's mayo, provolone cheese kroger, romaine lettuce, water. Dinner:  Creamed Spinach, Lean Turkey Burger Patties, tomato, water, yellow squash. Snacks/Other:  almonds, celery, cucumbers, deli fresh roast beef, tomato, water, water, water.
