Fat: 63.37g | Prot: 72.14g | Carb: 192.25g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg, Rindless Streaky Bacon, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried). Lunch:  Lasagna with Chicken or Turkey. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Nutzy Crunch, Raisins (Seedless). Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Coffee, Herbal Tea.
