Lunch:  Bananas, Brown Rice, Thai Coconut Curry Chicken. Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Couscous (Cooked), Curry Simmer Sauce, Green Peas, Vegetable Oil. Snacks/Other:  Gimlet, Goats Cheese (Soft), Honey Nut Cheerios, Multigrain Crispbread Crackers, Original Plain Soymilk, Sweet and Salty Nut Granola Bars - Peanut.
