Lunch:  Brown Rice, Thai Coconut Curry Chicken, Bananas. Dinner:  Couscous (Cooked), Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Vegetable Oil, Curry Simmer Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Sweet and Salty Nut Granola Bars - Peanut, Goats Cheese (Soft), Multigrain Crispbread Crackers, Gimlet, Honey Nut Cheerios, Original Plain Soymilk.
