Fat: 68.71g | Prot: 92.12g | Carb: 309.09g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat or 100% Whole Grain Waffle, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), Egg, Organic Pure Maple Syrup. Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Diced Tomatoes, Good Belly, Lentils, Organic Brown Rice, Roasted Garlic Hummus. Dinner:  Baked Beans, Cashew Nuts, Pork Sandwich, Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Lemon Cake.
