Fat: 15.53g | Prot: 48.52g | Carb: 117.26g.   Breakfast:  del monte fruit naturals red grapefruit, Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread, Kashi go lean oatmeal raisin. Lunch:  miracle whip light, pork n beans, relish, sun chips, tuna. Snacks/Other:  stonyfield yogurt.
