Fat: 39.94g | Prot: 74.59g | Carb: 171.06g.   Breakfast:  skim milk, special k vanilla almond, Sugar, Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  canned tuna, celery, chickpeas, Croutons, egg, hot sauce, lemon juice, lettuce, mayo. Dinner:  14" Pepperoni Pizza, fat free italian dressing, Mediterranean salad. Snacks/Other:  Apples, orange.
