Fat: 47.64g | Prot: 95.22g | Carb: 181.97g.   Breakfast:  almond butter, skim milk, sprouted rye bread. Lunch:  artichoke hearts, barley, cooked, chicken breast meat, edamame, fennel, olive oil, stir-fry vegetables. Dinner:  barley, cooked, chicken chili, citrus dressing, grapefruit, green peas, mixed salad greens, reduced fat mozzarella. Snacks/Other:  Ben & Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk, Green & Black.
