I'm switching to 3 meals a day with no snacking for simplicity and I heard that it gives your boday a chance to burn fat.

Fat: 53.57g | Prot: 67.39g | Carb: 191.31g.   Breakfast:  eggs, Instant Oatmeal Weight Control - Maple and Brown Sugar, Butter Whipped (Salted), Tea, simply fruit , sprouted bread. Lunch:  sweet salad dressing, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), lettuce mix, banana, Cafe Classics Sweet & Sour Chicken. Dinner:  builder bar, cashews.
