Lunch: Canned Salmon, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), carrots. Snacks/Other: greek yogurt, Nips Sugar Free Hard Coffee Candy, Sugar Free Chocolates, Walnuts, Werther's Original Sugar Free Hard Candy.
