Fat: 47.92g | Prot: 85.22g | Carb: 174.15g.   Breakfast:  oat revolution, Sugar, Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  canned tuna, egg, Croutons, lettuce, mayo, lemon juice, celery, hot sauce, chickpeas. Dinner:  grilled chicken salad, fat free french dressing, Garlic Bread. Snacks/Other:  apple, Baby Carrots, special K cracker chips, bold lime n' chili almonds.
