Fat: 47.92g | Prot: 85.22g | Carb: 174.15g.   Breakfast:  oat revolution, Sugar, Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  canned tuna, celery, chickpeas, Croutons, egg, hot sauce, lemon juice, lettuce, mayo. Dinner:  fat free french dressing, Garlic Bread, grilled chicken salad. Snacks/Other:  apple, Baby Carrots, bold lime n' chili almonds, special K cracker chips.
