Fat: 43.06g | Prot: 56.11g | Carb: 39.82g.   Breakfast:  Oscar Meyer Turkey Bacon, Poached Egg. Lunch:  Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen). Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Veggie Mix (Grilled Peppers, Chilies and Onions), Grilled Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Radishes, Apple, Cheese Wedges, Fat Free Hazelnut Coffee Mate.
