Fat: 23.69g | Prot: 48.21g | Carb: 134.54g.   Breakfast:  absopure spring water, Greek Yogurt (strawberry). Lunch:  ground sirloin, hamburger bun, Lipton cold brew tea, manwich. Dinner:  bush's baked beans, onion, Frankfurter or Hot Dog, hot dog bun, water. Snacks/Other:  devil's food cake mix.
