Fat: 30.59g | Prot: 74.63g | Carb: 194.73g.   Breakfast:  Clover Honey, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Light Soft Spread, Rich Chocolate Ovaltine Mix. Lunch:  carrots, cheddar cheese, chickpeas, Croutons, mixed greens, orange, Skillet Gnocchi with Chard and White Beans, skim milk. Dinner:  bob evans cranberries, green beans bob evans, roast turkey breast bob evans. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots, oikos honey organic greek yogurt , water.
