Fat: 32.62g | Prot: 44.42g | Carb: 130.68g.   Breakfast:  low-fat chocolate milk, banana, blueberries, granola, ground flaxseed, ice, light peanut butter, low-fat vanilla yogurt, plain yogurt, protein powder, water. Lunch:  cheddar, garlic hummus, pumpernickel bread, spinach and arugula, tomato, turkey breast, water, white bean and red pepper dip. Snacks/Other:  low-fat chocolate milk, blueberries, ground flaxseed, ice, low-fat vanilla yogurt, protein powder, water.
