Fat: 32.62g | Prot: 44.42g | Carb: 130.68g.   Breakfast:  granola, banana, light peanut butter, water, ground flaxseed, low-fat chocolate milk, low-fat vanilla yogurt, blueberries, protein powder, ice, plain yogurt. Lunch:  garlic hummus, white bean and red pepper dip, turkey breast, spinach and arugula, tomato, pumpernickel bread, cheddar, water. Snacks/Other:  protein powder, ground flaxseed, low-fat chocolate milk, low-fat vanilla yogurt, blueberries, ice, water.
