Fat: 36.45g | Prot: 82.32g | Carb: 213.14g.   Breakfast:  90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate Peanut Butter, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Canadian Bacon, Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), coffee creamer chocolate. Lunch:  Total 2% Greek Yogurt with Cherry, Croutons, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Cheese, Tomato, and/or Carrots, vinegar, Beets, chickpeas. Dinner:  egg noodles, tuna, cream of mushroom soup, light sour cream, peas, cherry tomatoes, lays original potato chips. Snacks/Other:  pink lady apple, Mini Babybel Creamy Swiss Cheese, Navels Oranges, quakes chocolate.
