Ah. Took a long hike with the kids and hubs yesterday and didn't even get out of breath. The kids were worn out way before we were (for once!)

Fat: 59.18g | Prot: 92.76g | Carb: 168.15g.   Breakfast:  90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Total 2% Greek Yogurt with Cherry, Sugar, Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  canned tuna, egg, Croutons, lettuce, mayo, lemon juice, celery, hot sauce. Dinner:  thin crust pepperoni, garden salad, light italian dressing. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Navels Oranges, Mini Babybel Creamy Swiss Cheese, 100 cal popcorn, parm.
