Fat: 23.35g | Prot: 61.77g | Carb: 213.21g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Coffee, Diet Cranberry Juice, Quaker Oats/Old Fashioned, Scrambled Egg, Smart Balance, Truvia. Lunch:  Apple, Brussels Sprouts, Clementines, Johanne's Two Bean Chili, Uncle Ben's Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice. Dinner:  Dole Blueberries, Nonfat Cottage Cheese, Smoked Turkey and Cannellini Bean Cassoulet, Uncle Ben's Natural Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Peach Mango Green Tea.
