Fat: 23.35g | Prot: 61.77g | Carb: 213.21g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Almond Milk, Scrambled Egg, Smart Balance, Truvia, Diet Cranberry Juice, Quaker Oats/Old Fashioned. Lunch:  Uncle Ben's Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice, Clementines, Brussels Sprouts, Apple, Johanne's Two Bean Chili. Dinner:  Uncle Ben's Natural Brown Rice, Nonfat Cottage Cheese, Dole Blueberries. Snacks/Other:  Peach Mango Green Tea.
