Fat: 64.41g | Prot: 65.75g | Carb: 220.17g.   Breakfast:  Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Oats, Organic Plain Soymilk. Lunch:  HalthyLoaf High Fiber Flax& Sunflower, Natural Almond Butter, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Seedless Black Raspberry Jam. Dinner:  Alaskan Salmon Burgers (From whole fillets), Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Oranges, Spinach, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  California Pistachios, Organic Tortilla Chips, Pink Lady Apples, Rice Pilaf.
