Lunch: Cheddar Cheese, Chick Peas, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oranges, Thousand Island Salad Dressing. Dinner: Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Chardonnay, Clover Honey, Pecan Nuts, Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten).
