Fat: 140.96g | Prot: 131.04g | Carb: 258.11g.   Breakfast:  All Natural Premium Clover Honey, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Coffee, Extra Large Grade A Eggs, Marble Rye and Pumpernickel Bread. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Chick Peas, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oranges, Thousand Island Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Chardonnay, Clover Honey, Pecan Nuts, Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Calamata Greek Olives, Dark Chocolate Almond Toffee, Dark Chocolate Hearts, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), Pecan Sticky Bun, Simply Naked Pita Chips, Sugar Free Metamucil.
