Fat: 140.96g | Prot: 131.04g | Carb: 258.11g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, All Natural Premium Clover Honey, Extra Large Grade A Eggs, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Marble Rye and Pumpernickel Bread. Lunch:  Chick Peas, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oranges, Thousand Island Salad Dressing, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough). Dinner:  Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten), Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Pecan Nuts, Chardonnay, Clover Honey. Snacks/Other:  Pecan Sticky Bun, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), Dark Chocolate Hearts, Dark Chocolate Almond Toffee, Calamata Greek Olives, Sugar Free Metamucil, Simply Naked Pita Chips.
