Fat: 71.88g | Prot: 102.10g | Carb: 165.03g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Sweet and Salty Nut Granola Bars - Almond. Lunch:  Light Mayo, Natural Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, Oatnut Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Sugar Free (Bottle). Dinner:  Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Butter, Corn, Instant Mashed Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Expresso Beans.
