Breakfast: 1% milk, cinnamon pills, metamucil, Silhouette Yogurt, water. Lunch: cinnamon pills, d'italiano brown bread, garden salad, light ranch dressing, tuna, water with fresh lime. Dinner: chicken, cinnamon pills, d'italiano bread.
