Fat: 127.49g | Prot: 96.85g | Carb: 300.30g.   Breakfast:  Fasting Glucose 103, Coffee, Quaker Oats/Old Fashioned, Fat Free Skim Milk, Scrambled Egg, Smart Balance, Truvia, Diet Cranberry Juice, A Spike Day - eat anything I want. Lunch:  A Spike Day - eat anything I want, Bittersweet Baking Chocolate, Scrambled Eggs, Quaker Oats/Old Fashioned. Dinner:  A Spike Day - eat anything I want, White Rice, Diet Dr. Pepper, Fortune Cookie, General Tso's Chicken, Crab Rangoon, Sweet and Sour Shrimp, Beef and Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  A Spike Day - eat anything I want, Peach Mango Green Tea.
