Fat: 51.59g | Prot: 83.29g | Carb: 237.34g.   Breakfast:  Organic Plain Soymilk, Oats, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts). Lunch:  Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Tomatoes, Sweet and Salty Nut Granola Bars - Peanut. Dinner:  Falafel Mix, Pita Bread, Organic Herb Salad Greens, Tzaziki Cucumber Garlic Yogurt Dip, Merlot Wine. Snacks/Other:  Almond Butter, HalthyLoaf High Fiber Flax& Sunflower, Bananas, Sweet and Salty Nut Granola Bars - Peanut, Oranges, Go Lean, Organic Plain Soymilk.
