Fat: 51.59g | Prot: 83.29g | Carb: 237.34g.   Breakfast:  Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Oats, Organic Plain Soymilk. Lunch:  Original 7 Grain Pilaf, Sweet and Salty Nut Granola Bars - Peanut, Tomatoes, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted). Dinner:  Falafel Mix, Merlot Wine, Organic Herb Salad Greens, Pita Bread, Tzaziki Cucumber Garlic Yogurt Dip. Snacks/Other:  Almond Butter, Bananas, Go Lean, HalthyLoaf High Fiber Flax& Sunflower, Oranges, Organic Plain Soymilk, Sweet and Salty Nut Granola Bars - Peanut.
