Breakfast: 1% chocolate milk, ground flaxseed, ice, light peanut butter, low-fat vanilla yogurt, soy protein powder, water. Lunch: 1% chocolate milk, ground flaxseed, ice, light peanut butter, low-fat vanilla yogurt, soy protein powder. Dinner: baked bbq chicken thighs, tomato salad with bocconcini and chickpeas, water. Snacks/Other: milk chocolate mini eggs, Mini Babybel - Gouda, Salt and Cracked Pepper Popcorn - Mini Bag, water.
