Fat: 241.80g | Prot: 243.31g | Carb: 409.70g.   Breakfast:  coffee, skim milk, special k. Lunch:  green salad, chick peas, cucumber raw, sunflower seeds, fat free ranch dressing, pickle, crystal light, cottage cheese, cabernet sauvignon, apple pie. Dinner:  porterhouse, shrimp, oyster, lobster tail, king crab leg, macaroni and cheese, potato au gratin, vanilla ice cream, caesar salad. Snacks/Other:  special k bar.
