Fat: 241.80g | Prot: 243.31g | Carb: 409.70g.   Breakfast:  coffee, skim milk, special k. Lunch:  apple pie, cabernet sauvignon, chick peas, cottage cheese, crystal light, cucumber raw, fat free ranch dressing, green salad, pickle, sunflower seeds. Dinner:  caesar salad, king crab leg, lobster tail, macaroni and cheese, oyster, porterhouse, potato au gratin, shrimp, vanilla ice cream. Snacks/Other:  special k bar.
