Fat: 38.68g | Prot: 99.87g | Carb: 161.11g.   Breakfast:  low fat granola cereal, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  apple, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, pretzel sticks. Dinner:  beef stew meat, cooked carrots, Couscous (Cooked), green peas . Snacks/Other:  carrots, laughing cow babybel light, orange, pork chop, protein shake, roasted pepper hummus, strawberries, thick and creamy yogurt.
