Fat: 34.40g | Prot: 104.08g | Carb: 205.95g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Shake. Lunch:  Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Baked Potato Stuffed with Chili (Peel Eaten), Coffee, Milk (Nonfat). Snacks/Other:  Kiwi Fruit.
