Fat: 53.75g | Prot: 70.28g | Carb: 139.82g.   Breakfast:  coffee, creme brule creamer, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), pineapple, whey protien. Lunch:  Cucumber and Onion Salad, smart ones anytime selections mini cheeseburger. Dinner:  quiche.
