Fat: 48.70g | Prot: 111.67g | Carb: 340.02g.   Breakfast:  skim milk, honey bunches oat, coffee. Lunch:  coffee, creamer. Dinner:  risotto, pork loin, salad, frozen peas, iced tea, english muffin, unsalted butter, marzetti. Snacks/Other:  special k bar.
