Fat: 48.70g | Prot: 111.67g | Carb: 340.02g.   Breakfast:  coffee, honey bunches oat, skim milk. Lunch:  coffee, creamer. Dinner:  english muffin, frozen peas, iced tea, marzetti, pork loin, risotto, salad, unsalted butter. Snacks/Other:  special k bar.
