Fat: 38.25g | Prot: 80.90g | Carb: 271.16g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Milk (Nonfat), Oatmeal, Original Oven Roasted Flavored Sliced Almonds. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Mandarin Oranges in light syrup. Dinner:  brown rice, ham, Mini Bagels 100% Whole Wheat. Snacks/Other:  Cereal Bar - Cinnamon Raisin, Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Fuji Apples, Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snack.
