Fat: 45.57g | Prot: 92.83g | Carb: 240.45g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal, Milk (Nonfat), Original Oven Roasted Flavored Sliced Almonds, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Blueberries. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Strawberries, Cheddar or American Cheese (Fat Free, Pasteurized), Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, Organic Baby Spinach, Traditional Herb Seasoned Stuffing, Almond Accents - Original Oven Roasted Flavored Sliced Almonds. Dinner:  Mini Bagels 100% Whole Wheat, ham, brown rice. Snacks/Other:  Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snack.
