Fat: 67.07g | Prot: 165.75g | Carb: 93.12g.   Breakfast:  All Whites 100% liquid egg whites, Cheddar Cheese, Coffee, Cream Cheese, Cream Substitute (Powdered) , Mixed Salad Greens, Vinegar. Lunch:  Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil, Tongal Tuna. Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Coffee, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Cream Substitute (Powdered) . Snacks/Other:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Frozen Strawberries, Natural Almond Butter, Peanut Butter, Steel Cut Oats, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder.
