Fat: 48.84g | Prot: 45.02g | Carb: 175.85g.   Breakfast:  grapes, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  Ham Sandwich with Lettuce and Spread. Dinner:  gortons fish, green beans. Snacks/Other:  banana, cheesecake, peanut butter pretzels.
