I'm trying to go low carb this week to flush out all the candy I ate last week- but around dinner time I start loosing it, even though I'm not hungry ...

Breakfast: 100 % whey, avocado, egg. Lunch: 100 calorie popcorn, butter, chicken of the sea, cream cheese, jalapeno, laughing cow, turkey bacon, wasa. Dinner: brown sugar, jimmy dean sausage, lettuce, soy sauce, water chestnuts. Snacks/Other: Easy Pumpkin Chocloate Chip Cookies, Pistachio Nuts.
