Fat: 72.26g | Prot: 67.73g | Carb: 115.81g.   Breakfast:  Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  chicken salad, keebler crackers reduced fat. Dinner:  baked beans, coleslaw, grilled chicken, macaroni and cheese, potato salad. Snacks/Other:  banana, peanut butter pretzels, sunflower seeds.
