Fat: 93.64g | Prot: 51.14g | Carb: 226.44g.   Breakfast:  Caramel Delight Cereal, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter, Reduced Fat Milk, Soft and Smooth 100% Honey Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Cooked Carrots, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, NUTrition Energy Mix, Plain Vanilla Creme Cake, Twix Chocolate Caramel Cookie Bars, Vanilla Yogurt Raisins.
