Fat: 46.93g | Prot: 75.92g | Carb: 169.52g.   Breakfast:  Organic Plain Soymilk, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Oats. Lunch:  Whole Grain Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns, Genoa Salami, Apples. Dinner:  Alaskan Salmon Burgers, Couscous (Cooked), Hoisin Sauce, Sweet Red Peppers, Dark Chocolate Intense Dark 72%. Snacks/Other:  Brie Cheese, Cooked Spaghetti Squash, Cordial or Liqueur, Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers, Jarlsberg Lite Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese.
