Fat: 60.07g | Prot: 79.43g | Carb: 209.56g.   Breakfast:  Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Oats, Organic Plain Soymilk. Lunch:  Genoa Salami, Pink Lady Apples, Whole Grain Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns. Dinner:  Carmelized Onion Chicken Burgers, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lite Asian Sesame w Ginger & Soy Dressing, Whole Grain Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns. Snacks/Other:  GOLEAN High Protein & High Fiber Cereal, Milk Chocolate Bar, Rice & Adzuki Bean Snack Chips.
