Lunch:  atkins strawberry shake. Dinner:  Health Nut Wheat Bread, Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil. Snacks/Other:  Fiber One Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate.
