Fat: 28.71g | Prot: 85.77g | Carb: 197.80g.   Breakfast:  Cereal Bar - Cinnamon Raisin. Lunch:  trident salmon burgers, Multi Grain Wrap, Sugar Snap Peas, Honey Mirin Teriyaki Sauce, Baked Potato Chips, Parmesan Cheese. Dinner:  Corn on the Cob, Mini Bagels 100% Whole Wheat, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Special K Cereal Bars - Strawberry.
