Fat: 62.42g | Prot: 72.77g | Carb: 214.03g.   Breakfast:  Oats, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Organic Plain Soymilk. Lunch:  Whole Grain Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns, Genoa Salami, Gruyere Cheese, Bananas. Dinner:  Kirkland Signature Frozen Meat Lasagna, Lite Asian Sesame w Ginger & Soy Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Multigrain Crispbread Crackers, French Bread Rolls, Ice Cream Bar.
