Fat: 63.43g | Prot: 62.38g | Carb: 243.40g.   Breakfast:  Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Oats, Organic Plain Soymilk. Lunch:  Eggless Egg Salad, Whole Grain Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns. Dinner:  Black Beans, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Flour Tortilla (Burrito Size), Gruyere Cheese, Picante Medium Salsa. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Gruyere Cheese, Ice Cream Bar, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers.
