Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), Dijon Mustard, Cheddar or American Cheese (Fat Free, Pasteurized), Light Rye Bread, Oven Roasted Deli Sliced Turkey Breast, Bottled Water, Golden Delicious Apples. Dinner:  Bagel Thins - Everything, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Cucumber (with Peel), CowPals Light Low Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Dijon Mustard, DDSmart Iced Coffee with Skim Milk. Snacks/Other:  Bottled Water, Diet Dr. Pepper, Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Milk (Nonfat), Iced Brewed Coffee (Venti), Special K Cereal Bars - Chocolatey Drizzle, apple, 100 calorie cheese nips, eggplant, green pepper, low moisture part skim mozzarella, bertolli olive oil sauce, water.
