Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), Dijon Mustard, Cheddar or American Cheese (Fat Free, Pasteurized), Light Rye Bread, Oven Roasted Deli Sliced Turkey Breast, Bottled Water, Rold Gold Pretzel Sticks, Golden Delicious Apples. Dinner:  Bagel Thins - Everything, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Cucumber (with Peel), CowPals Light Low Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Dijon Mustard, DDSmart Iced Coffee with Skim Milk. Snacks/Other:  Bottled Water, Diet Dr. Pepper, Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Milk (Nonfat), Iced Brewed Coffee (Venti), Special K Cereal Bars - Chocolatey Drizzle, apple, 100 calorie cheese nips, eggplant, green pepper, low moisture part skim mozzarella, bertolli olive oil sauce, water.
