Fat: 78.31g | Prot: 129.06g | Carb: 250.56g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, Cream Cheese, Toaster Strudel Raspberry. Lunch:  Harvest Whole Grain - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Thirst Quencher Frost Glacier Freeze Beverage. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless (Coating Eaten), Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing, Steam in Bag Broccoli Cuts. Snacks/Other:  Hershey Take 5 King Size, Kirkland 1% milk, Whey Protein Powder.
