Fat: 48.67g | Prot: 106.24g | Carb: 218.67g.   Breakfast:  acai, banana, gnc 100, plain yogurt. Lunch:  bbq sauce, Chicken Breast Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked). Dinner:  lean cuisine dijon. Snacks/Other:  brocolli, cheddar cheese, Clif Shot Bloks - Orange, luna bar, monster energy, popcorn.
