Fat: 48.67g | Prot: 106.24g | Carb: 218.67g.   Breakfast:  plain yogurt, gnc 100, banana, acai. Lunch:  Chicken Breast Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), bbq sauce. Dinner:  lean cuisine dijon. Snacks/Other:  popcorn, Clif Shot Bloks - Orange, luna bar, cheddar cheese, brocolli, monster energy.
