Fat: 36.83g | Prot: 50.32g | Carb: 218.03g.   Breakfast:  Low Fat Blueberry Muffin. Lunch:  Avocados, Black Beans, Carrots, Flour Tortillas Soft Taco Size, Picante Medium Salsa, White Rice. Dinner:  Alaskan Salmon Burgers, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Cauliflower, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lite Asian Sesame w Ginger & Soy Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Bing Cherries, Gouda Cheese, Multigrain Crispbread Crackers.
