Fat: 30.60g | Prot: 67.87g | Carb: 275.13g.   Breakfast:  bananas, lucky charms, max muscle, quaker oat squares, skim milk, stonyfield vanilla, strawberry. Lunch:  Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, cucumber, skippy low fat crunch pb, sugar, vinegar. Snacks/Other:  hostess, nabisco 100 calories, weight watchers giant.
