Fat: 30.60g | Prot: 67.87g | Carb: 275.13g.   Breakfast:  quaker oat squares, lucky charms, skim milk, bananas, strawberry, max muscle, stonyfield vanilla. Lunch:  Cinnamon Raisin Bagels, skippy low fat crunch pb, cucumber, vinegar, sugar. Snacks/Other:  nabisco 100 calories, weight watchers giant, hostess.
