Fat: 36.89g | Prot: 51.30g | Carb: 129.16g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Soymilk, coffee, eating right nutri grain bars, Irish Creme Liquid Coffee Creamer, optimum nutrition . Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), Feta Cheese, green onions, jerk chicken, pitted olives, Romaine Lettuce, sadaf balsamic, Tomatoes. Dinner:  eating right nutra grain. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Picante Medium Salsa, Ruffles Reduced Fat Potato Chips, sees dark chocolate.
