Fat: 36.89g | Prot: 51.30g | Carb: 129.16g.   Breakfast:  coffee, Irish Creme Liquid Coffee Creamer, optimum nutrition , eating right nutri grain bars. Lunch:  pitted olives, Cucumber (with Peel), Romaine Lettuce, green onions, Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, jerk chicken, sadaf balsamic. Dinner:  eating right nutra grain. Snacks/Other:  sees dark chocolate, Ruffles Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Picante Medium Salsa, Chocolate Sandwich Cookies.
